ADVENT BABY DOLL COLLECTION FOR ST. FRANCIS REHABILITATION AND NURSING IN WORCESTER 

I’ve often seen how agitated residents who are sick, elderly or have dementia, find peace and a sense of well being by caring for a baby doll. How strong is the instinct in each of us to love and care for another.

In honor of the infant Jesus we celebrate this season, and His Blessed Mother who cared for him, I would like to collect 23 life-like baby dolls to donate to St. Francis-one for every day of Advent. Please help by purchasing a doll and bringing it to the Parish Office or placing it in the bin inside the front parish foyer. Gently used or “like new” are welcome too.
